Online Mentoring through Video Games
For many neurodivergent young people, traditional face-to-face support can feel overwhelming, pressured or difficult to engage with.
Online gaming creates a shared space where connection can happen more naturally.
Using cooperative games, creative problem-solving and shared interests, sessions are designed to support:
confidence,
communication,
emotional regulation,
flexibility,
social connection,
and self-esteem.
Rather than being goal focused, sessions aim to create a safe and engaging environment where young people can feel understood, capable and connected.
Every session is guided by over 6 years’ experience supporting autistic, ADHD, PDA and anxious young people through creative and relational approaches.
